Project Manager / Team Leader for International Market Research / Consulting

We are looking for an employee to manage customer-specific international market research projects in the field of medical technology.

Description of Tasks

  • Planning and controlling of field work (personnel deployment, monitoring of internal progress & workflows, training, quality assurance, weekly tasks)
  • Organization and coordination of project-specific service providers
  • Project-related controlling & reporting
  • Budget planning and accounting
  • Support the selection and integration of suitable project management tools and software

 

We are an international market research and consulting company specialized in the field of medical diagnostics and medical technology. We support strategic business decisions of manufacturers of medical products, measure market potential, develop market models, identify user requirements and evaluate the viability of new products.

Your Profile

  • Our preferred candidate has relevant professional experience in market research or call centers and a degree in economics, social sciences or related fields
  • Very good command of English (German would be a plus)
  • Works autonomously and independently in the team and with people
  • Is flexible and can handle a wide variety of work requirements
  • Has a high command of communication skills, a sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with healthcare, clinical diagnostics, life sciences is helpful but not required

Job offer Interviewer

dii continuously provides jobs as interviewer (quantitative or qualitative).

Key requirements and qualifications:

  • Excellent command / native speaker of at least one European language
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS-Windows applications (MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex matters and topics
  • High reliability

The majority of job assignments are comprised of telephone interviews with clinical staff in various countries. Telephone interviews are computer-assisted, and generally combine quantitative and qualitative aspects. Other assignments, depending on qualifications and experience,  include face-to-face interviewing and focus group moderation, transcriptions and translations, independent topic-related secondary research, data processing and analysis.

Due to the international nature of our business we are looking for native speakers of any European language, especially Italian, French, Spanish, English, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Czech and Nordic languages. Good command of the English language (spoken and written) is essential, since all project materials are to be delivered in English.

A professional background in healthcare or specialized healthcare knowledge may be useful and appreciated, but is not essential. Prior to the first engagement, and in order to assure adequate qualification, all new team members undergo:

  • Technical training
  • Interviewer skills training
  • Project briefing
