Key requirements and qualifications:

The majority of job assignments are comprised of telephone interviews with clinical staff in various countries. Telephone interviews are largely computer-assisted (CATI), and generally combine quantitative and qualitative aspects. Other assignments – depending on qualification and experience –  include face-to-face interviewing and focus group moderation, transcriptions and translations, independent topic-related secondary research, data processing and analysis. 

Due to the international nature of our business we are looking for native speakers of any European language, especially Italian, French, Spanish, English, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Czech and Nordic languages. Good command of the English language (spoken and written) is essential, since all project materials are to be delivered in English.

A professional background in healthcare or specialist healthcare knowledge may be useful and appreciated, but is not essential. Prior to the first engagement, and in order to assure adequate qualification, all new team members undergo:

• technical training,
• interviewer skills training, and
• thorough project briefing.
