Job description:

You are supporting the market roll out of a web based, international business- and communication platform for suppliers and costumers of products and services within the healthcare information technology sector.

You will be:

• contacting the target groups by phone
• performing an online introduction of the concept
• collecting the companies input by using a questionnaire (interview)
• responsible for queries around the concept and its content as well as for information about the registration process.

A special training concerning content and functionalities of the online-portal, about the questionnaire and regarding your communication skills will prepare you perfectly for the job. You will be supported by a specifically adopted crm (customer relation management) tool including the contacts as well as by experienced team leaders and administrators. Your payment consists of remuneration (per interview) plus commission payment (per registration).

Your skills:

• You are fluent in English in written and spoken, as well as in one or more of the following languages: Danish, Finish, French, German, Italian, Belgian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Bulgarian, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Russian.
• PC-work with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Research causes no problem to you!
• Your communication skills are already well developed.
• You are constantly working on a high quality level.
• You are able to work for at least 15 hours per week.
• You are a student, freelancer or have a “Gewerbeschein”
